A Growing Network of Care and Convenience

Hialeah. Homestead. Two additional South Florida communities welcomed Nicklaus Children’s outpatient services to the neighborhood in 2018. The two new Nicklaus centers, both offering urgent care services, brought to 15 the total number outpatient centers serving the region from Palm Beach County to Homestead.
Both new centers – the Nicklaus Children’s Hialeah Outpatient Center and Nicklaus Children’s Homestead Outpatient Center – quickly exceeded anticipated patient visits.

“We are delighted that the community was so quick to embrace our newest urgent care centers,” said Nancy Humbert, Executive Vice President of Ambulatory Services and External Affiliations. “Clearly from the sustained volumes at these centers, we are offering a level of service and convenience that parents need and want.”

The Nicklaus health system includes 11 centers that feature urgent care centers. Other offerings available at select centers include diagnostic services, pediatric subspecialty appointments, rehabilitation services and more.
